Terms and Conditions

All prices are exclusive of BTW (Dutch VAT). Payment must take place within thirty days of the date of the invoice. Complaints or questions about the invoice  within eight days.
On all our offers, acceptances, notifications and agreements for the below activities shall exclusively apply

1. For national road transport the "Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002" (The General Transport Conditions - A.V.C. 2002) filed at the Office of the District Court of Amsterdam and Rotterdam, latest version; Article 22 of the A.V.C. regarding referring to the storage conditions do not apply.

2. For international road transport, "Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road" (C.M.R.), and also the A.V.C. 2002 as referred above.

3. For storage, entry in and removal from the warehouse, management activities etc. of goods the "Physical Distribution Conditions" filed by Transport en Logistiek theNetherlands.

4. For expedition activities, the “Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden” (Dutch Forwarding Conditions) filed at the Office of the District Court of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam, latest version; excluding article 23.

A copy is available on request of all the above conditions.
Through this letter we give you a reasonable chance to get acquainted width the conditions indicated earlier. In case of doubt which conditions apply, the decision is made by Rollema.
